Note: The ADSp 2017 deviate from the law in Section 23 with regard to the maximum liability for damage (§ 431 HGB), by the liability for multimodal transport, including a sea transport and unknown location of damage to 2 SDR / kg and otherwise the rule liability from 8.33 SDR / kg in addition to 1.25 million euros each Damage and 2.5 million euros per loss event, but at least 2 SDR / kg.

Data protection

We collect and store potentially automatically in our server log files information that your browser transmits to us. These are:

• used operating system
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• host name oft the accessing computer (IP adress)
• Time oft he server request.

These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources is not performed, the data is also deleted after a statistical evaluation.
